A retired cop goes to the US to live with his son and becomes involved with a kidnapping case. Even as he is trying to track down the kidnapper, the case becomes too personal.

When Madan marries Raji, an innocent girl, he is unable to tolerate her childish behaviour and has an extramarital affair. When Raji finds out about Madan's affair, she tries to save her marriage.
